Overview

The ranch is situated on a prominent hill with beautiful views of the distant rolling countryside. There are several miles of ranch roads lined with Live Oak trees and wildflowers. Lower meadows in the river bottom are bordered by New Year Creek for over a mile. There are several natural wooded areas with mature native pecan, oak, cedar and elm trees.

There are four ponds in the high meadows and three ponds in the lower meadows. One pond has been enclosed with predator control fencing; donkeys and llamas patrol the inner area to ward off predators. Two ponds have fishing decks that extend out over the water.
